  • High Fever: If you have a high fever (above 103°F) that doesn’t respond to medication, seek in-person care immediately.

  • Chest Pain or Difficulty Breathing: For chest pain, tightness, or difficulty breathing, seek in-person care right away.

We charge a flat fee of $29.99 per visit if you're not on a care plan. This covers your virtual consultation and treatment plan. If labs, imaging, or medications are required, these may be covered by your insurance.

Yes. If your provider determines that a prescription is necessary, we’ll send it electronically to your preferred pharmacy, and your medication may be covered by your insurance.
