At Zenith Health Ventures, LLC, doing business as HLTHi (“HLTHi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering high-quality virtual care services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for services rendered through our telehealth platform.
2. Consultation Refund Policy
HLTHi provides virtual access to licensed medical professionals. Fees collected are for the time, expertise, and review performed by the provider.
As such:
- No refunds will be issued once a provider has reviewed your medical history or conducted your consultation, whether with a medical doctor or supervised medical assistant.
- If a provider determines that you are not medically appropriate for treatment, you will not be eligible for a refund. The fee covers the time spent reviewing your case and providing professional assessment.
3. Membership Fees
HLTHi offers optional membership plans:
- Base Membership: $9.99/month
- Family Membership: $14.99/month
Membership fees are non-refundable once billed, including in cases where services are not used during the billing period. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges, but we do not offer prorated refunds.
4. Visit Fees
Visit fees are charged separately from membership:
- $49.99 per visit for active members
- $59.99 per visit for non-members
These fees are for a single virtual consultation and are non-refundable once the consultation has been initiated or completed.
5. Exceptions
We may offer a refund or credit in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate charges due to processing errors
- Technical issues that prevent your consultation from being delivered (e.g., platform outage, provider unable to join)
In such cases, we may offer a rescheduled visit at no additional charge or issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
